At ITT Electronic Systems, we spend a great deal of time and effort on leadership and teamwork development.  A unifying force for all employees is in understanding how we meet our commitments for our value center.  Meeting our commitments provides a common set of goals for all employees.

The key to meeting our commitments to our customers is ensuring we keep our promises. That is, delivering our products on time, within budget and with performance that exceeds the expectations of the warfighter. Living up to this reputation will allow us to achieve our key business objectives now and into the future.

To the Company

Strengthening our position in our served markets and continually improving the way we do business are the best ways to meet our commitments to our company. Performance on existing programs can spur growth in related markets and feed our sales pipeline. We can also support our commitment to our company by fully, willingly and enthusiastically embracing Value Based Six Sigma as the driving force for continuous process improvement.

To Our Community

Our commitments extend beyond the ITT community. We have been a presence in Northern New Jersey for over 50 years. We must continue to ensure that our operations are safe for our employees, our guests, the surrounding community and the environment. We need to continue to sponsor, support and participate in programs that benefit the local community.

To Each Other

The high standards that we set at Electronic Systems are most evident in the way we work with each other.  Respect, Responsibility and integrity in our daily interactions are all values that help us move toward common goals. In addition, fostering a continuous learning environment for professional development will keep our team vital, strong and ahead of the competition.
