Geneen Awards
The Harold S. Geneen Awards Program is the
highest corporate recognition provided to
employees of ITT. The program recognizes company
employees worldwide who have produced
outstanding results through creative programs or
achievements involving teamwork, imagination or
unique application of skills.
Best Practices
The ITT Best Practices Symposium provides the
opportunity for ITT employees to be honored by
sharing their "Best Practices" with the rest of
the company.
The continual sharing and applying of Best
Practices is a cornerstone of continuous process
improvement and will be critical to ITT' future
success in adding significant value to the
overall company.
Ring of Quality
The Ring of Quality award recognizes those teams
or individuals whose contributions to the
quality of products and services is recognized
as the standard of quality by fellow employees.
The Ring of Quality program provides prestigious
recognition of employees who have shown
commitment and leadership in quality.
ESH Leadership Awards
As part of ITT' mission to develop a world class
ESH program, we have established the ESH
Leadership Awards. This award recognizes ESH
program accomplishments by plants, teams or
individual employees. We have a proud history in
ESH, and this Corporate-level award is dedicated
to important ESH accomplishments by fellow
employees.
Electronic Systems Awards
It is Electronic Systems Division’s policy to
recognize individuals and groups whose
outstanding performance has resulted in
substantial benefits to their department, the
Electronic Systems, ITT Defense and/or ITT Inc.
Achievement Award
For achievement of important job or
company-related goals, and characterized by
increased initiative, dedication and/or
perseverance clearly above and beyond normal
duties.
Excellence Award
Accomplishment of a significant business or
technical objective, above and beyond the
employee's normal duties, characterized by
creativity, professionalism, and outstanding
effort.
President's Award
Contribution of exceptional quality to the
achievement of a major business or technical
objective with the potential for long-term
impact on the company and characterized by
innovation, uniqueness and highly unusual
